What we collect

When you check out or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and shipping address. If you use the contact form, we collect whatever you submit there. We don’t require an account or login to buy from us, so we don’t collect anything beyond what a given order or message actually needs.

Payment information

Card details are entered directly into a secure form provided by Stripe, our payment processor. Kings Farm TX’s servers never receive, see, or store your card number — only Stripe does. We keep a reference to the resulting Stripe payment method (not the card itself) so a subscription can be charged automatically on its next cycle.

How we use your information

• To fulfill and ship the order you placed.
• To email you about that order — confirmation, weight/final price, shipping.
• For a subscription, to charge your saved payment method each cycle and send you a link to manage (pause/cancel) it.
• To respond if you contact us.

We don’t use your information for ad targeting, and we don’t sell or rent it to third parties. We don’t run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Internal record-keeping

For our own inventory and order tracking, order and stock data is mirrored one-way into a private, internal spreadsheet our staff use day to day. That spreadsheet is never public and isn’t shared outside the farm — it exists purely so the same records are usable without direct database access.

How long we keep it

We keep order and customer records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. If you’d like your information deleted and have no open orders or active subscription, contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Your choices

You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time via the link emailed to you when you subscribe. For anything else — reviewing what we have on file, correcting it, or deleting it — contact us and we’ll respond directly.
