Who you’re buying from

Kings Farm TX sells pasture-raised chicken, processed at a USDA FSIS-inspected facility (Windy Meadows Family Farm, Campbell, TX — Est. P44992) and shipped frozen direct to consumers. By placing an order or subscribing on this site, you agree to these terms.

Pricing and how you’re charged

Our chicken is priced by weight, not a fixed size — the exact weight of the package you receive varies bird to bird. Every product page shows an estimated price and a per-pound rate. At checkout, we authorize your payment method for the maximum possible amount for your order — the top of the stated weight range. We never charge more than that authorized amount. Once your order is picked and weighed, we capture only the actual amount owed, which is always less than or equal to what was authorized; the difference is released back to you automatically by your card issuer.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions

A subscription repeats a single product and quantity on a weekly, every-2-weeks, or monthly schedule, charged to the same saved payment method each cycle using the same actual-weight pricing described above. Each cycle is a new order, subject to product availability — if we’re out of stock for a cycle, that cycle is skipped rather than substituted with something else.

You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time using the management link sent to your email when you subscribe, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future cycles; it does not affect an order that has already been placed for the current cycle.

Shipping

We ship Monday through Wednesday only, so frozen product never sits in a carrier warehouse over a weekend. Orders placed after the daily cutoff roll to the next available ship day. See our Shipping & Refund Policy for full details, including what to do if a shipment arrives damaged or thawed.

Accuracy of batch and product information

Batch records (breed, hatch date, location and dated location history, feed supplier, feed lot number where recorded, and processing date) are maintained in good faith as an accurate account of how each batch was raised. Product weights, availability, and delivery estimates are our best current information and may change between browsing and checkout.

Liability

We stand behind the cold chain on every shipment we send — see our shipping and refund policy for what we’ll do if something goes wrong in transit. Beyond replacing or refunding a damaged shipment, Kings Farm TX’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
